Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer free shipping on all orders β no minimum purchase required, no exceptions. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24β48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Import Fees
For international warehouse shipments your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Any customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Noila is not responsible for these additional charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Noila is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at guptedrops@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Noila is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order please contact us at guptedrops@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
